YPM Boosts Media Strategy, Appoints Comrade Oluseun Joshua as State Media Director

The Yayi Progressives Movement (YPM), formerly known as the Omoluabi Movement, has announced the appointment of Comrade Oluseun Joshua as its State Director for Media and Publicity in Ogun State, in a strategic effort to reinforce its communication framework and expand its outreach.
The appointment was confirmed by the Convener of the movement, Prince Armstrong ‘Tope Akintunde, during a gathering attended by top leaders of the group, members of the State Executive Committee, as well as Local Government and ward coordinators from across Ogun State.
Global Mirror News gathered that the decision reflects YPM’s growing focus on strengthening its public engagement and consolidating its presence within the state’s political landscape.
In his acceptance speech, Comrade Oluseun expressed gratitude to the leadership for entrusting him with the responsibility, describing his appointment as both an honour and a call to service. He assured members of his commitment to advancing the ideals and vision of the movement through professionalism, dedication, and integrity.
Oluseun further emphasized the importance of collaboration, noting that he would work closely with stakeholders at all levels to enhance communication, promote unity, and drive the movement’s objectives forward.
He also praised the leadership of the convener, Prince Akintunde, commending his vision and leadership style, while offering prayers for continued wisdom and strength as he leads the movement.
Reaffirming his readiness for the role, the newly appointed media director pledged to deploy effective and strategic communication tools to strengthen the movement’s visibility and cohesion across Ogun State.
