AMVCA 2026: Full List of Winners as Nollywood Stars Shine in Lagos

The 12th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards 2026 lit up Lagos on Saturday night as actors, filmmakers, producers, and digital creators from across Africa gathered to celebrate excellence in film, television, and digital storytelling.
The glamorous event, held at the prestigious Eko Hotels & Suites, featured stunning red carpet appearances, emotional acceptance speeches, and major wins for some of the continent’s biggest movie productions.
This year’s ceremony was hosted by comedian Bovi Ugboma alongside South African actress Nomzamo Mbatha, marking a new era for the prestigious awards ceremony.
One of the night’s biggest winners was Colours of Fire, which dominated several technical and acting categories, while My Father’s Shadow clinched the highly coveted Best Film award. Actor Uzor Arukwe also emerged as Best Lead Actor for his outstanding performance in Colours of Fire.
