Abeokuta Gears Up for “Big Rave” as NUJ Scribe Bunmi Adigun Backs MC OSSY’s Mega Concert
The entertainment scene in Ogun State is set for a major boost as Big Rave Entertainment ramps up preparations for its flagship event, “Big Rave.” Spearheaded by its Chief Executive Officer, Amufua Osaume Osas, popularly known as MC OSSY, the concert is already generating strong anticipation across the State’s creative space.
The much-anticipated show is slated for June 7, 2026, at the Marque, OOPL, situated along NNPC Junction, Leme Road, Abeokuta, a venue known for hosting premium social and cultural events.

In a bid to secure robust media partnership and visibility, MC OSSY alongside his management team paid a courtesy visit to the Ogun State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) at the Iwe-Iroyin Secretariat in Abeokuta.
The delegation was received by the Union’s Secretary, Bunmi Adigun, where they formally presented invitation materials, including official invites, branded souvenirs, and VIP access tickets.
The visit highlighted the organisers’ deliberate effort to position the media as a critical partner in delivering a successful event.

“I have followed his journey from his early days as a stage MC and hypeman. What we are witnessing today is the emergence of a well-built brand nurtured over time. I will not only attend but also encourage others to be part of this landmark event,” Adigun said.
In response, MC OSSY acknowledged Adigun’s role in his career development, describing him as a mentor whose support has been instrumental.
“The Secretary has been part of my journey and success story. It was important to personally extend this invitation as we prepare what we believe will be the biggest entertainment event in Ogun State,” he stated.
