The Abeokuta Polo Club is set to roll out the red carpet as it celebrates its first Anniversary with a glamorous induction ceremony for new members, marking another significant milestone in its journey toward becoming one of Nigeria’s premier polo and leisure destinations.

The grand event is scheduled to take place on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the Banquet Hall, Park Inn by Radisson, Abeokuta, beginning at 3:00 p.m., and is expected to attract an array of distinguished guests from across the Country.

Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, is expected as the Distinguished Guest of Honour, while former President Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR, and the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba (Dr.) Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, CFR, are also expected to grace the event alongside other eminent traditional rulers.
