The Ogun State Local Government Service Commission (LGSC) has officially announced the commencement of the LGSC Week 2025 Awards, an annual event designed to celebrate excellence and dedication within the State’s Local Government system.

In a statement issued on Monday, October 13, 2025, the Chairman of the Commission, Ms. Olivia Olubukunola Onabanjo, urged staff and stakeholders across the 20 Local Government Areas of the State to actively participate by voting for their preferred candidates.

She noted that the awards serve as a platform to recognise and honour outstanding officers who have demonstrated exceptional service delivery, upheld the Commission’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values, and shown unwavering dedication at the grassroots level.

“The LGSC Week Awards remain one of our key initiatives to promote Integrity, Discipline, Professionalism, and Passion for Excellence among our staff,” Onabanjo said. “We invite everyone to cast their votes and be part of this celebration of diligence and integrity.”
