Hon. Balogun Mourns Late APC Chieftain, Alhaji Mukaila Adejojo

The Executive Chairman of Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon. Olaniyi Afeez Balogun, has commiserated with the family of late Alhaji Mukaila Adejojo, a former Assistant Auditor of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abeokuta South Local Government.

In a condolence message released on behalf of the Government and people of Abeokuta South, Hon. Balogun described the late Adejojo as a dedicated party stalwart and community leader whose contributions to the development of the APC and the Local Government Area would be fondly remembered.

Alhaji Mukaila Adejojo passed away on October 7, 2025, and was laid to rest the same day in accordance with Islamic rites.

Born on June 23, the late politician was widely respected for his humility, commitment, and service to humanity.

He was also the father of popular radio presenter, Kolawole Adejojo, popularly known as Kasnaty Sugar.

Hon. Balogun prayed for the repose of his soul and for God to grant the family the strength to bear the irreparable loss.

“On behalf of the Government and people of Abeokuta South, I extend heartfelt condolences to the Adejojo family”.

“May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljanah Firdaus,” the Chairman said.

May his soul continue to rest in perfect peace. Amen.
