In a statement shared with Global Mirror News, Bunmi Adigun, Secretary of NUJ Ogun State Council, expressed the Union’s grief over Akintunde’s passing. “We call on all colleagues, friends, and well-wishers to pray for the repose of his soul and to remember his family during this difficult period.
We ask that they be granted the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” the statement read.
